Need to de-stress? This Chamomile Milk Bath Should Do the Trick
Forewarning, this bath mixture will knock you out, in the best way possible. Had a stressful week at work? Kids (or your spouse) driving you up a wall? Yep, we've all been there.
Make a few batches of this Lavender Chamomile milk soak to keep on hand for those extra rough days. Pour yourself a glass of wine, put on your fave Spotify playlist and let the nourishing ingredients get to work. Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Whole Dried Milk
- 3/4 cup colloidal oatmeal or 1 cup epsom salts
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 10-15 drops of a Lavender and Chamomile essential oil
Directions: Toss everything into a running bath and soak as long as you'd like!
